Refunds or replacements for physical products are available only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received an incorrect item from what you ordered.
- Your order was lost or not delivered within the promised time frame.
Return Conditions

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
